Bhoona Ghosht Ingredients:
. 1 kilo beef, medium pieces
. 2 large onions, chopped
. 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
. 1 cup Yoghurt
. 2 tsp red chilli powder
. 2 tsp grinded corriander seeds
. 1 tsp garam masala
. 1 tsp grinded cumin seeds
. 6-8 whole peepercorns
. 6-8 whole cloves
. 2 Cinnamon sticks
. 4-6 whole green chillis
. 1/2 cup oil or ghee
For Garnishing
. Handful of corriander leaves
. 2 tbsp chopped mint
. 2 tbsp julienned ginger

How to Prepare :
Heat half oil in a pot.When hot ,add cinnamon ,cloves and peppercorns and fry for 1 minute.Add onion and fry.stirring occasionally,until it is soft. Then add the beef and let it cook in its own water for atleast 1 hour or until tender. When meat is done add ginger-garlic paste and yoghurt and mix. Then add red chilli powder, corriander powder, garam masala, salt. Also add whole green chillis. Continue stirring till water dries and oil separates. Take off heat. Garnish with mint , corriander leaves and julienned ginger. Serve hot with naan or roti.
