Crunchy Fish Balls Ingredients:
1/2 Kg fish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp.oregano leaves (Ajwain)
2 potatoes
boiled and mashed
3-4 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup cornflakes (crushed)
1/2 cup cheese (grated)
Cooking Oil (for deep frying)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. Ajinomoto
1 egg (whisked)
Method:
Marinate the fish with the ingredients listed and leave for 15 minutes. Bake the fish for 15 minutes and mash. Mix fish, potatoes,
