MazaCool ::: Cook Book -- Worcestershire sauce

Worcestershire sauce Ingredients:

1 tsp black pepper

2 pinches chilli powder

3 ozs Soya sauce

6 garlic cloves, crushed

8 ozs vinegar

Method:

Liquidise or process the ingredients together until smooth and store in an airtight bottle. Shake well before use.
